✅ Tool Preparation: Prepare standard maintenance tools and measuring instruments (e.g., multimeter, voltage tester, etc.).
✅ Test Area Inspection: Ensure no test samples remain in the chamber. Remove any leftover materials and accessories.
✅ Power-Off & Voltage Verification: Check equipment grounding – confirm secure ground connection and proper function of the residual current circuit breaker (RCCB). Turn off the controller power, then disconnect the main power supply. Use a dedicated voltage tester or multimeter to verify zero residual voltage at the input terminals and key circuits.

Exterior & Control Panel: Wipe the outer casing with a damp lint-free cloth. Clean the control panel gently with a dry cloth. Interior: Wipe the inner chamber with a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with clean water or a mild neutral detergent, then dry with a clean cloth. Condenser Coil: Use a soft brush or dry compressed air to remove dust from the condenser fins, always cleaning along the fin direction.
Drain the Humidifier: Open the rear cover of the unit, locate the humidifier, and open the drain valve at its bottom to empty all residual water. Check that the drain outlet flows smoothly.
Water Tank Removal & Cleaning: Disconnect the tubing and signal connectors from the water tank. Remove the tank, clean its interior and connection ports. Reinstall the tank and reconnect all tubing and signals.
Replace the Wet-Bulb Wick: Use a dedicated wet-bulb wick. Soak it in purified water, slide it onto the humidity sensor, and ensure the lower end extends into the water trough at least 5 cm.
Disassemble & Clean the Humidifier Glass Cover: Use the correct hex wrench to remove the retaining screws and take off the glass cover. Gently wipe the glass cover and the heating tube with a clean lint-free wipe. Inspect the overtemperature protection sensor inside for limescale buildup. Note: The humidifier tank contains a heating tube and an overtemperature sensor. Avoid scratching the heating tube surface with hard objects. Reinstall the glass cover and tighten the screws.
Clean the Makeup Water Cup: Remove the soft tube connecting the water tank to the makeup water cup. Take out the cup (typically a transparent plastic cup). Wipe the inner wall and the float ball surface with a lint-free wipe to remove scale or biofilm. Reinstall the cup and secure the tubing.
Replace the Makeup Water Filter Cartridge: Use the supplied wrench to remove the filter housing and take out the old cartridge. Install a new cartridge and reassemble the housing. Note: Do not fully tighten the housing immediately. After reconnecting the water tank, allow water to fill and expel air, then tighten fully.
Inspect terminals and wiring for signs of corrosion or oxidation. Use a screwdriver to re-tighten all internal connections. With power off, set the multimeter to resistance (Ohms) mode and measure: Heater resistance (typical range: 30Ω – 200Ω; 0Ω or infinite indicates failure); Humidifier resistance (typically 50Ω – 150Ω); Compressor and related components – check for open or short circuits.
Restoration Check: Confirm all tubing connections are normal, no water leaks, no tools left inside, no loose wiring. Close the breaker and power on.
Input Voltage Check: Set the multimeter to voltage (V) mode and verify that the input voltage is within the specified range.
Start the Equipment: Press the power switch to start the controller.
Verify Water Refill: Check that the water refill operates normally, with no leaks or overflow.
No-Load Operation Test: Run the chamber empty and test heating, cooling, and humidification functions.
