Temperature & humidity test chamber humidifier replenishment abnormal
When the temperature & humidity test chamber in the normal operation process suddenly appeared “humidifier replenishment abnormal” warning prompt, the humidity control function of the equipment will be affected. The core reason for this failure is that the humidifier can not get water normally, you need to follow the steps below to quickly troubleshoot.
I.The cause of the failure analysis
Temperature & humidity test chamber humidifier water replenishment abnormalities may be caused by a variety of reasons, commonly including but not limited to the following situations:
Temperature & humidity test chamber float switch rely on the float lift control circuit replenishment, but after long-term use, the float is prone to scale, dust adhesion, affecting the lift; internal contacts will also be oxidized, wear and tear, resulting in poor contact, and can not be properly issued to replenish the water command.

Water level detection sensor moisture short circuit, aging, will misjudge the water level; replenishment pipeline due to the accumulation of impurities, bending, loose interfaces, resulting in clogging or leakage, humidification bucket no water can be replenished, triggering the alarm.
Solenoid valve is a key component in controlling water filling, if there is a failure, it will directly lead to abnormal water filling.
The first step: float switch rapid detection
▶ Close the Temperature & humidity test chamber power supply, open the rear box cover, test the humidifier water cup water level; to the water cup under normal replenishment of water, observe whether the float with the water level rises to the top; water discharge, the float should be synchronized with the sinking. If the floating ball can not float to the top, it indicates that the temperature & humidity test chamber water abnormalities.

▶ Abnormal treatment:
If the temperature & humidity test chamber float stuck, use a soft brush to remove the surface scale and dust;
If the temperature & humidity test chamber contacts oxidized, use sandpaper to gently rub the contacts to bright (non-professionals are recommended to directly replace the float assembly).

▶ Pinch the test chamber pipeline throughout the whole process, to exclude bending, flattening, and other physical blockage;

Listen to the sound judgment:
▶ Rotate the coil, if the “buzzing” electromagnetic sound, that the coil is energized;
▶ Remove the clasp, gently pull the coil, if there is a clear magnetic resistance and accompanied by a ‘click’ sound, proving that the suction is normal. sound, proving that the suction is normal.

Measure the coil voltage, if up to the rated value (such as AC220V) but no sound, the coil may be burned, the need for manufacturers to detect the replacement (non-professionals do not operate, anti-electrocution).

3.1 Close the valve: ensure that no water pressure in the water supply line before disassembly.
3.2 Safe disassembly:
▶ Press the valve body with one hand when screwing the screws to prevent the internal spring from popping out (loss of the spring will cause the solenoid valve to be ineffective);
▶ Remove the valve spool and seat and check whether there is any mud, rust or gelatinous material.
3.3 Cleaning and Replacement:
▶ Spray the temperature & humidity test chamber parts with detergent and clean the crevices with a toothbrush.
▶ Seals (e.g. O-rings) and springs with serious wear and tear need to be replaced as a whole set (original parts are recommended).
▶ Reset test: turn on the water and electricity after installation and observe whether the water flow is smooth.
01 Regular cleaning and maintenance: monthly humidifier for temperature & humidity test chamber, water tank and water supply pipeline for a comprehensive cleaning, remove scale and impurities, to ensure smooth waterway.
02 Standardize the use of water: strictly use pure water or distilled water, to avoid impurities in the water leading to sensor failure, pipe blockage.
03 Daily inspection: develop the habit of checking the water level sensor and water supply pipe of temperature & humidity test chamber every week to find out the potential problems in time and nip the fault in the bud.
