1. Check whether the temperature set by the over-temperature protector is at 150 ℃. If not, adjust the over-temperature protector to the position of 150 ℃, or use the temperature and then add 30 ℃ position;
2. Check whether the circulating motor of the thermal shock test chamber is malfunctioning causing it not to work. If the motor is damaged, contact the equipment manufacturer's customer service maintenance department to replace the circulation motor;
3. Check whether the solid state relay controlling the temperature section is short-circuited. If it is short-circuited, replace the temperature part of the solid state relay (line number labeled T that a solid state relay), or notify the after-sales service to repair.

1. Check whether the water level line of the storage tank in the lower right corner is lower than the low water level line; if the water level is too low, open the water cover and add enough pure water;
2. Check whether the float water level switch in the storage tank is invalid; if the switch is invalid, then toggle the float switch to restore its working ability.

2. Check whether the pipeline of the circulating water circuit is too dirty, resulting in poor water flow, if the water circuit is impassable, the pipeline should be cleaned up in time;

4. Check whether the humidity part of the solid state relay burned short circuit, if a short circuit occurs, the relay must be replaced immediately.
