The roll-up door of the shipping area rises. Test chambers, having cleared final testing, arrive from the production line, ready for their journey to customers worldwide. Inbound & Logging

Each chamber, marked with its unique serial number, is logged into the system upon arrival in the shipping warehouse. The staging area is always full—a steady sight that reflects our ongoing commitments.

Pre-Pack Preparation

The pre-pack "grooming" begins. Technicians carefully remove all temporary cables and hoses used during debugging. Protective covers are placed over the control panel, compressor, copper tubing, and other critical components. Every item on the packing list—manuals, certificates, accessories—is checked and gathered. A complete and orderly "kit" is the first step to a secure journey.

Final Quality Check

With prep complete, the quality inspector takes over for the last visual inspection before boxing: Is the exterior flawless? Is the protection adequate? Are all parts and documents accounted for?

Picking & Custom Crating

Once approved, the system registers the pick order, and the chamber moves to crating. A custom-built, reinforced wooden crate awaits, sized for the unit and its journey. High-density cushioning material is fitted snugly inside. The steady sound of the staple gun securing the structure is part of the daily rhythm here.

Weatherproofing

For shipments going overseas or to humid climates, an extra layer of protection is added: a heavy-duty waterproof tarpaulin is tightly wrapped and sealed over the wooden crate, guarding against moisture throughout transit.

Handoff & Tracking

All steps complete, the system is updated. We hand off the shipment to our trusted logistics partners and initiate active tracking, monitoring the shipment right up to its arrival at your door.
