The Battery Pack-Specific Temperature & Humidity Chamber is primarily designed to provide a stable ambient temperature for charging performance tests of complete vehicles and battery packs. It is used for high/low temperature charge-discharge cycles, high-temperature storage tests of vehicles, as well as testing of specific components and battery packs. The chamber can also perform programmed changes in environmental temperature according to predefined sequences.

Safety Protection Devices
Pressure Relief Device: An explosion-proof pressure relief vent is installed on the top of the chamber to prevent pressure buildup.
Firefighting System:
Supports both automatic and manual firefighting modes, including a water injection function for fire suppression.
Automatically triggers an alarm (with audible and visual signals) and shuts down the chamber if smoke concentration exceeds the limit.
Gas Monitoring: Continuously monitors hydrogen and carbon monoxide levels. Exceeding set limits triggers an immediate power cutoff, alarm activation, and starts the ventilation system.
Fuel Monitoring: Detects gasoline leaks. Exceeding the set concentration limit triggers an immediate power cutoff, alarm activation, and starts the ventilation system.
Smoke Exhaust Device: Can operate automatically when gas concentration exceeds limits, or manually via a button, to quickly clear smoke and odors.
Additional Notes:
No condensation forms on the interior top of the chamber during extended operation.
The chamber can operate continuously at low temperatures for 1000 hours without frost formation or icing on the chamber body.
