I. Multiple explosion-proof structure design

Electrical safety


The circuit of the high and low temperature explosion-proof test chamber conforms to Ex d IIC T4/T6 explosion-proof standard, and is equipped with explosion-proof motor, explosion-proof heater and anti-static wind wheel to eliminate the risk of electric sparks. The fan adopts explosion-proof low-voltage asynchronous high-temperature-resistant motor with anti-static stainless steel blades to ensure safe air circulation.

Its heating rate 3 / min (-40 +120 ), cooling rate 1 / min (+120 ~ -40 ), volatility ≤ ± 0.2 , uniformity ≤ ± 2 , through the PID + SSR algorithm and inverter refrigeration technology to achieve precise regulation.
