Core features: Although the water flow is lower, but the pressure is raised to 10 times, the need for rain spray test chamber integrated ultra-high pressure pump body, the equipment sealing requirements are higher.
Difference summary: IPX6 focuses on large flow impact, IPX6K emphasizes the very high pressure penetration, rain spray test chamber needs to be adapted to different water pressure system according to the test level.
IPX9 (high temperature and high pressure jet)
Recommended rain spray test chamber configuration: water temperature 80 ± 5 ℃, pressure 800010000kPa, water flow rate of 15 ± 1L / min, nozzle distance 17525mm, the sample stage speed 5 ± 1r / min, 4-angle cyclic jetting (30 seconds per angle).
Core features: rain spray test chamber needs to have a high temperature and constant temperature system, and support dynamic angle adjustment, simulating the harsh steam cleaning environment.
IPX9K (German standard high-pressure injection)
Rain spray test chamber configuration: the parameters are the same as IPX9, but the jetting distance is adjusted to 100~150mm (refer to DIN40050 standard).
Core features: test logic is the same as IPX9, the difference lies in the standard system (GB/T4208 vs DIN40050), the waterproof test box needs to be compatible with multi-standard parameter preset function.
Difference summary: the two test conditions are highly consistent, IPX9K more focused on the automotive industry, German standard certification, rain spray test chamber needs to meet the precise control of different spray distance.
Pressure and flow control
IPX6K 1000kPa ultra-high pressure, IPX9K 10,000kPa high temperature and high pressure, the rain spray test chamber is required to use stainless steel reinforced piping and high-precision pressure sensors.
Dynamic simulation capability
