Sand and dust test chambers are used to evaluate the sealing performance of product enclosures, primarily for testing the IP5X and IP6X ratings specified in enclosure protection standards. They assess the adaptability of all mechanical, optical, electrical, electronic, electrochemical, and electromechanical devices exposed to dry blowing sand, blowing dust, or settling dust conditions. These chambers comply with multiple testing specifications including DIN, IEC, GB, ISO, and JIS.
