At the beginning of the test, it is necessary to seal the water around the test cover to avoid salt spray leakage, after the test is over, remove the salt spray, when the salt spray is discharged outdoors, the hose should be vertical and not bent, and the water of the test tank should be discharged from the test tank if it is not used for a long time.

Q: The set temperature of the test chamber is 35℃, after reaching the set temperature, it starts to work, then the temperature drops to 34℃ and stays at 34℃-35℃.

A：Generally, the temperature will be 1-2℃ higher at the beginning of heating, and then drop to the setting temperature, and the deviation between the actual temperature and the setting temperature is ≤±2℃.

Q：How to calculate whether the salt spray quantity of the measuring drum is qualified or not?

A: At least 16h continuous spraying test, and then check whether the amount of salt spray collected in the metering drum is between 16-32ml, and the relevant national standards stipulate that the amount of salt spray deposition is 1~2ml/80cm²-h.

Q：How to adjust the spray volume, it has been done continuously for 16h, but the collected salt spray is less than 16ml.

A: Firstly, check the front and rear pressure valves, the air inlet pressure at the back of the test chamber is 2kg, and the spray pressure at the front is 1kg, and then adjust the spray volume through the mist splitter.

Q：When spraying, there is no spray and water leakage at the bottom of the test chamber.

A：Check the specific leakage point, whether the sensor plug is loose or leakage at the welding place. When not spraying, first check whether the pressure at the air inlet is well adjusted. If the spray switch is turned on and there is pressure without spraying, check whether the nozzle is clogged or broken.

Q：Indicator light is normal, spraying can be normal, but the continuous 6h spraying, no brine deposited in the metering drum, brine tank water volume has not decreased.

A：Check whether the rubber plug in the test chamber is plugged properly, adjust the spray volume appropriately, at least 16h spraying, and take the average value (standard 1-2ml/h).

Q：The actual temperature value of the pressure drum is not stable and differs greatly from the set temperature value.

A: Check the temperature sensor and temperature control meter.

Q：Pressure gauge value is 0, can not be adjusted.

A：First check the regulator has no origin, if there is a gas source, open the spray, the front pressure gauge is 0 and can not be adjusted, then it may be the front regulator or pressure gauge is damaged.
