Techmeco has delivered a custom, non-standard Temperature, Humidity & Light Three-Factor Comprehensive Test Chamber to a leading global enterprise in the engineering machinery sector. This chamber can accurately and simultaneously reproduce the three essential environmental elements: temperature, humidity, and light. Its key advantages are detailed below:
Robust Structure for Superior Insulation
The chamber features a reinforced overall frame for enhanced durability and stability.
Insulation Material: High-density, rigid polyurethane foam with a minimum thickness of 150mm and density ≥45kg/m³. It meets stringent fire safety standards, complying with GB/T 8624-2012 B1 (B) or DIN EN 13501-1 B-S1 classifications.
Interior Lining: Constructed from SUS304 stainless steel with a thickness of ≥1.2mm. Panels are continuously welded to form a perfect seal, effectively preventing moisture ingress into the insulation layer. This robust construction ensures no air leakage or irreversible deformation occurs, even after prolonged exposure to high-temperature, high-humidity, or low-temperature testing.
Internal Lighting: Equipped with AC220V halogen or LED lamps specifically designed for reliable operation within a -50°C to +80°C environment. The system provides uniform illumination with no dark spots, delivering a minimum illuminance of 150 Lux measured at 1 meter above the floor.
Temperature Range: -50°C to +80°C, covering the vast majority of environmental testing requirements for commercial and industrial products. This range supports validation from cold-start performance in frigid arctic conditions to operational stability testing in extreme heat.
Temperature Performance (No-Load Conditions): Achieves uniformity ≤ ±2°C and fluctuation ≤ ±1°C.
Humidity Range: 10% to 95% RH (within a 10°C to 60°C temperature range).
Humidity Performance (No-Load Conditions): Maintains fluctuation ≤ ±3% RH and uniformity ≤ ±5% RH. This precise humidity control ensures repeatability and reliability in tests sensitive to moisture, such as defrosting and defogging evaluations.
Light Source: Employs imported infrared spectrum lamps, providing continuously adjustable irradiation intensity.
Irradiation Area: Offers a substantial total exposure area of 12m². The top-mounted array measures no less than 3.3m (W) x 2m (D), while the front-mounted array measures no less than 3.3m (W) x 1.6m (H).
Adjustable Lamp Frames:
Front Frame: Angle adjustable between 45° and 75° to accommodate various sample geometries.
Top Frame: Height electrically adjustable from 2.5m to 3.8m, allowing for flexible positioning relative to the test specimen.
Irradiation Uniformity & Accuracy: Within a single plane, irradiation uniformity is ≤ ±10%, with an accuracy of ≤ ±25 W/m².
Lamp Life & Maintenance: Lamp modules are backed by a quality warranty of ≥2000 operational hours. A quick-release design facilitates fast installation or removal as required by specific test protocols.
Data Logging: Records data at a frequency of no less than 1Hz, capturing temperature, humidity, and monitoring data from all critical subsystems.
Dual Storage: Features integrated 8GB Flash memory for redundant, simultaneous storage of operational history and test curves. Data is safeguarded against loss during power outages or system anomalies.
Data Export: An external USB interface supports USB drives up to 64GB for convenient data export in either text or Excel formats.
Remote Monitoring: Standard interfaces include 485 and CAN bus for seamless integration and uploading of operational status to higher-level data management platforms.
