TEMAK customized a 126.72m³ large walk-in temperature test chamber for a major instrument transformer manufacturer. This chamber function:
An ultra-large internal space of 126.72m³, with external dimensions of 2400×24000×2200mm (W×L×H), capable of accommodating products several meters in length.
Top-opening design: Allows long test specimens to be hoisted into the chamber from above.
Precise and reliable temperature control: Operating range from -50℃ to +140℃, with a high-precision control system ensuring temperature uniformity and stability.
Comprehensive safety protections: Includes over-temperature protection, motor overload protection, power supply protection, and multiple other safety measures.

TEMAK’s IPX9K robotic water spray test chambers have been delivered to a leading motor manufacturer and Xiangyang NAST Automotive Testing Center Co., Ltd. This chamber offers:
Robotic arm automatic spraying: Nozzle angle can be switched among 0°, 30°, 60°, and 90°, with pre-set Z-shaped trajectory for uniform scanning spray on the top, front, rear, left, and right surfaces of the sample, ensuring full coverage without dead zones.
Precision-controlled spray system: Water pressure adjustable from 8000 to 12000 Kpa (80–120 Bar), flow rate controlled between 8 and 20 L/min, and water temperature adjustable from ambient to +90℃.
All-round safety protection: Physical separation between laboratory and control areas, intelligent interlock function for the test door, multiple electrical and system protections, and operational safety confirmation features.

When customers conduct highly demanding tests such as HALT or ESS, the equipment must possess performance redundancy far beyond conventional standards. TEMAK provided a cold-storage rapid temperature change test chamber to a global renowned consumer electronics brand supply chain partner. Its adjustable rate capability of 5–25℃/min represents our optimized technical approach to meet high-standard testing requirements.

TEMAK delivered a 150m³ multi-functional complex environmental climate simulation chamber to a well-known construction company, integrating six environmental factors: temperature, humidity, rainfall, snowfall, solar radiation, and strong wind.
Temperature system: Wide and stable temperature range from -30℃ to +65℃, simulating common temperature exposures.
Humidity system: Utilizes multi-stage humidification and dehumidification technology to achieve a broad adjustment range of 25%RH to 95%RH within a temperature interval of 25℃ to 65℃.
Rainfall system: Precision matrix composed of hundreds of solid cone nozzles, capable of accurately simulating light, moderate, and heavy rain.
Snowfall system: Employs unique top spray and low-temperature environment coupling technology to precisely simulate light, moderate, and heavy snow accumulation thickness.
Solar radiation system: Constructed with 15×2500W full-spectrum lamps, adjustable irradiance of 600–1200W/m², meeting various photoaging and photothermal effect testing needs.
Strong wind system: Equipped with high-performance variable-frequency axial flow fan units, establishing a stable wind speed field of 5.0–20.0m/s to accurately replicate natural wind environments from force 4 to 8 winds.

TEMAK customized a 16800L walk-in temperature/humidity test chamber for a Vietnamese electronics manufacturer, featuring large space, high load capacity, and full intelligence.
Large dimensions: Spacious interior easily accommodates entire batches of electronic devices, meeting large-scale integrated testing needs.
High load capacity: Maintains stable operation and consistent performance even under harsh conditions of -20°C to +85°C with a massive 30KW heat output during powered operation.
Temperature monitoring: Equipped with 12 additional temperature sensors supporting arbitrary placement within the chamber for comprehensive, high-precision temperature monitoring and recording.

When a device claims an “IPX8” rating, it must successfully withstand continuous immersion tests under agreed-upon deeper water pressures (e.g., 5m, 10m, or even 30m). TEMAK’s IPX7/8 immersion test chamber performs IPX7 and IPX8 immersion tests, with pressure ranging from 7.5kPa to nearly 300kPa (approx. 30m water depth), maintaining stable error within ±2%. The specimen platform supports loads over 30kg, featuring smooth lifting and gentle stopping.

TEMAK’s new-generation freezing rain and snowfall test chamber fully complies with core international and domestic standards such as GJB150.22A-2009, MIL-STD-810F-2000, GB/T2423.38, and GB/T28592-2012. The chamber precisely adjusts spray volume and duration, enabling continuous snowfall (rain) rate simulation from 10mm/h to 60mm/h. It provides four standard ice accretion thicknesses—6mm, 13mm, 37mm, and 75mm—directly corresponding to different severity levels in testing scenarios.
