The temperature range covers from -70℃ to 150℃, and the temperature rise and fall rate of ≥1℃/min is achieved under the condition of 50KG aluminum static load. Adopting nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire type heater, precise temperature control is realized by balanced temperature regulation P.I.D+P.W.M+S.S.R system. Temperature resolution accuracy of 0.1 ℃, using A-class platinum resistance PT100 sensor for real-time monitoring.
Equipped with frequency conversion vacuum pump, the fastest in 30 minutes to complete the fast conversion of atmospheric pressure to 5kPa. Pressure accuracy of 0.01kPa, pressure deviation control in two stages: ≥ 40kPa deviation ≤ ± 2kPa, ≤ 40kPa deviation ≤ ± 5%. The system adopts electronic control valve proportional automatic pressure control technology.
Composite box structure:
Within 2 cubic meters of the box using internal pressure structure: the outer wall of the high-pressure barrel reinforced structure, the inner wall of the SUS304 stainless steel plate, filled with 100mm polyurethane foam fireproof material + heat-insulating glass wool composite heat preservation layer;
The chamber of more than 2 cubic meters adopts external pressure-bearing structure: the whole channel steel of the outer wall is fully welded to ensure good structural strength and airtightness, and the internal heat preservation library board is spliced and fully welded.
TEMAK Altitude test chamber is equipped with vacuum glass observation window with lighting system to support the observation of samples under extreme environment;
Airtight flanged test holes: Terminal blocks and aviation plugs are preset on removable flanges to facilitate the introduction of power or signal cables by customers.
Altitude test chamber adopts BITZER / Copeland compressor as the core of the binary compound stack refrigeration system, equipped with aluminum fin condenser and plate type intermediate heat exchanger. The test chamber uses environmentally friendly R404A/R23 refrigerant (ozone depletion index is 0), and the refrigeration chassis is equipped with a condensate plate, which can automatically discharge the condensate generated by the test.
Test chamber equipped with self-developed TMK-THS200 industrial controller, dual-core ARM processor architecture, equipped with a 10.1-inch high-definition touch screen (resolution 1024 * 768).
The main functions of the atitude test chambercontroller include:
Support 99 groups of program settings, each group of programs up to 99 steps, can perform 9999 cycles;
Data dual storage system: 8G Flash + 8G TF card, USB interface supports 32G extended storage;
Real-time curve recording function, temperature and humidity curve data recording interval 1-300 seconds adjustable, can generate Excel format report.
